Pre-registered participants will receive a barcode shortly before the congress, which is required to print out the name badge on-site. Therefore, it is recommended to bring a hard copy with the barcode with you to the congress. There will be self-printing terminals located directly in front of the registration desk.

*Proof of current status needs to be provided along with the registration or on-site at the latest. Only then a deduction can be granted.

The registration fee for delegates covers

  • Admission to scientific sessions and satellite symposia
  • Collection of abstracts
  • Congress bag with congress documents
  • Opening ceremony and welcome reception
  • Admission to exhibition
  • Admission to webcast of the congress for 12 Month

Method of payment

All fees are stated in EUR, incl. VAT. 

We recommend payment by credit card or debit order (German bank accounts). The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Eurocard/MasterCard, and Visa. The transmission of your data in the internet is securely encrypted.


Upon receipt of full payment of the fees, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of participation by 2 December 2015, registration fees will be refunded. However, a handling fee of € 30 per person will apply. After that date, registration fees are non-refundable. Name changes entail a handling fee of € 10 per registration. In case of no-show or early departure, a refund of registration fees is not possible. The organisers will only accept refund requests in writing.

Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, please specify them when filling out your registration form. The re-issuing of an invoice entails a € 10 handling fee.

Prices of sub-contractors are based on the current tariffs and VAT rate. All prices and details beyond our control are subject to change.


In addition, we offer the opportunity to take out seminar insurance. Sickness, accident or any other unexpected circumstances – also within your family – can occur and make your participation impossible. The seminar insurance with our partner – the European Travel Insurance Company – covers these financial risks in case of cancellation.
